The first step was to prepare a communication tree with regard to the target group, and deploy the chatbot in Messenger. The chatbot was named Robert, after a real-life HR recruiter at Knorr-Brems. Next, we started building the company’s employer brand through Facebook campaigns focused on the Liberec Region. The campaigns led people directly to the chatbot, which allowed us to establish contact with potential candidates for the positions of Manufacturing Operator and Warehouseman. The chatbot conducted a basic pre-selection process, thus saving the HR Department a lot of work. Thanks to the chatbot’s success with the Operator and Warehouseman positions, we added the position of Technologist the following month.
