Where we were heading

We’ve started working with Knorr-Bremse, a German manufacturer of break systems for rolling stock and trucks, with its factory near the Czech city of Liberec, to build their employer brand. Our chatbot has brought us in touch with potential candidates for the positions of Production Operator and Warehouse Worker. It made the basic preselection and saved the HR department a lot of work.

How we started

A Facebook brand-building campaign as a start. Preparing the communication tree with a view to the target group and deployment of the chatbot into the Messenger app.

Where we are now

We are managing and developing the chatbot for a Facebook campaign for hiring manual labourers, and newly technology staff as well. Integration of the data into Google Sheets in real time.

And the chatbot even worked over the holidays. Several dozen candidates chatted with it on Christmas Day and on New Year’s Day.

After 2 months:

The chatbot selected 80 candidates for the positions of Production Operator and Warehouse Worker.
25 of them were invited to interviews by the HR department at Knorr-Bremse.
7 of them began working full-time,
and another 25 are waiting to be to be employed for a different project.

All this in just 2 months, in a labour-starved manufacturing region of the country.
