The mission from the client

To create a chatbot for Facebook Messenger and a career site to help them communicate with and recruit students and graduates of technical colleges for ČEZ Summer University. A project of the largest electricity producer in the Czech Republic and the parent company of the ČEZ Group, which brings together dozens of other companies.

What phase we’re in

For a week now, they’ve been helping ČEZ communicate with students of technical fields: the Tereza and Vítek chatbots, graduates of ČEZ Summer University. Instead of being forced to seek information on the website or hold for “operators” on Messenger, millennials were offered a method of communication they’re naturally used to.

What are our results?

The two chatbots managed to handle 3,630 messages in the first 8 weeks. They communicated with 172 candidates, 52% of them applied. The targeted campaign on Facebook was seen by more than 39,895 people.
